Restaurant email marketing, without the blank page
Pick your restaurant, the occasion and your offer. Get 3 subject lines, the email and the text for your booking button, ready to paste into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Square or Toast. Your first 3 emails are free, no sign-up.
What you get
- 3 subject lines, each from a different angle, so you can pick one or test two.
- The email itself: 90 to 160 words in short paragraphs, with a [placeholder] wherever it needs a detail only you know, like a date or a dish.
- The text for your booking or ordering button.
- In English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean or French.
How it works
- Pick your kind of restaurant and what the email is for: a holiday, a new menu, a slow Tuesday.
- Add your offer in your own words, if you have one. The email uses it exactly as you wrote it and never makes one up.
- Choose a tone and a language, then press Write my email.
- Copy the subject line, the email and the button into the tool you send with, or have it emailed to you.
Restaurant email ideas
Five of them written out in full, with the details we gave the writer:
- Thanksgiving: book the holiday dinner.
- New Year's Eve: the countdown dinner and its seatings.
- A guest's birthday: the birthday treat.
- A new menu: what's new and a reason to come in the first week.
- A slow weeknight: a deal for the nights that need it.
The writer also covers Christmas and holiday parties, Valentine's Day, Mother's and Father's Day, happy hour, a grand opening, private events and catering, and a we-miss-you note. See all templates.
Where to send it from
This writes the email; it doesn't send it. Paste it into whatever you send with: an email platform such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or the marketing tools in your POS, such as Square Marketing or Toast Marketing.
Want emails that go out on their own, like a birthday treat or a we-miss-you note after 90 days? See the automation flows, with every email written out and the setup steps.
Questions
Is it free?
Your first 3 emails are free, with no sign-up. After that, leave your email address and keep writing, up to 30 emails a day. There's no account, no password and no card.
Will it make up offers or prices?
No. It uses your offer word for word and puts a [placeholder] where a detail is missing, such as [date] or [signature dish]. Read the email through and fill those in before you send it.
Which AI writes the emails?
ByteDance Seed 2.0 Mini, run on fal.ai. It gets your choices and the offer you typed, nothing else.
Can I get the email sent to me?
Yes: press Email it to me under the draft. We send the subject lines, the email and the button text to the address you give. If you confirm the address, we'll also tell you when the new tools are ready. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Does it send the emails to my guests?
No. It writes them; you send them from your own email tool. One-click import into Mailchimp and Klaviyo is still being built.
What do you keep?
Your choices and the draft, for 90 days, and the email address if you leave one. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
