Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-22
These terms govern your use of Restaurant Email Kit at restaurantemailkit.com (the “Service”), owned and operated by Lunonia Inc. By using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the Service does
The email writer drafts marketing emails for restaurants and other food businesses. You choose the kind of restaurant, the occasion, a tone and a language, and may type an offer. An AI model writes three subject lines, the email and the text for a button. You copy the draft, or ask us to email it to you. The Service does not send emails to your guests.
The template and flow pages are examples written with the same writer, and setup steps taken from Mailchimp's and Klaviyo's own help pages on the date shown. One-click flow import, the poster-to-email converter and the email ROI dashboard are still being built; their pages say so, and signing up for them only puts you on a list to hear when they are ready.
2. AI-written drafts
Drafts are written by ByteDance Seed 2.0 Mini, run on fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc.). AI can get things wrong. Read every draft before you send it, fill in the [placeholders], and check that the offer, prices, dates and anything else it says are true for your business. You are responsible for the emails you send, including following the email marketing laws that apply to you, such as getting your guests' consent and including a way to unsubscribe.
3. Free use and limits
There are no accounts and no payments. Each browser gets 3 free drafts. After that, you can leave an email address and keep writing, up to 30 drafts a day. We also limit drafts and emails per network, and may pause the writer when demand or costs are high.
4. What you may type
Only use the Service for your own food business's marketing emails, or one you work for. You may not use it to write anything hateful, sexual, deceptive or illegal, to write about anything other than a food business, or to send drafts to people who didn't ask for them. You also may not attack, overload or scrape the Service, or get around its limits. We check what you type against a list of refused words and the AI model refuses requests outside these rules.
5. Your drafts
You may use, edit and send the drafts you make, for any lawful purpose. We don't claim rights in them. The same choices can produce similar drafts for other people, so we can't promise yours is unique.
6. Posters you send
If you send a poster with the poster-to-email waitlist, only send one you have the right to use. We use it to build and test the converter, don't publish it, and delete it after 180 days.
7. What we can't promise
The Service is provided as is and as available. It may be slow or unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or from the emails you send with its drafts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
9. Contact
